For charities, schools and community groups
Businesses across Australia clear out desks, chairs, screens and kitchens every week. Register once, and receive fair offers of what you can use near you — delivered free.
1 verified organisations so far
Four short steps. We check every organisation by hand within 2 working days.
When a clear-out matches what you take, you get an email with photos, weights and the space needed.
Claim it, then answer three short checks — 6, 3 and 1 day before delivery — so nothing is wasted.
A vetted operator delivers to your door. You sign for what arrived.
Everything you need to decide — and nothing about the business: no client name, no address, just the pickup suburb.
After you claim an offer, we check in three times so the items never arrive to a locked door. Each check is emailed two days before it is due, and you answer with one tap — or from your dashboard.
6 days before delivery
Do you still want these items, and is the space ready?
3 days before delivery
Are your unloaders booked for the delivery window?
1 day before delivery
Final check: is someone there to receive the delivery?
If you answer no, or don't answer by the time a check is due, the items go to the backup organisation and the reason is recorded. If you claim less than a week before delivery, the checks come closer together — never sooner than 4, 8 and 12 hours after your claim.
Every offer is ranked the same published way, wherever in Australia the clear-out is. You're eligible when you're verified, your offer alerts are on, you take that kind of item, your maximum load covers the weight and you have enough people to unload.
Each eligible organisation gets a score: the distance in kilometres from the pickup site, plus one point for every 200 kg it received through Zyro in the last 90 days. The lowest score goes first, so nearby organisations that haven't received recently are offered first. A tie goes to the organisation verified earlier.
The best five within 15 km get the offer first. If nobody claims it within 12 hours, it widens to everyone eligible within 30 km. Each offer stays open for 48 hours. A declined or expired offer moves on to the next organisation in the order — it never lowers your place next time. If nobody can take the items, our team finds another community home or a recycler.
A certified data-destruction provider wipes every device that held data before it leaves the business. The delivery can't start until the wipe certificate is uploaded, and the certificate is sealed into the job's evidence chain, so anyone can check it later.
Stories appear here once organisations share them.
We only name an organisation, or show its photos, when it has given story consent.
