• Director

  Leads Zyro Recovery. Approves every price before it reaches a client and releases every diversion report, so each figure has a named person behind it.

• Operations coordinator

  Runs the day to day: answers new enquiries, books carriers and keeps each clear-out on time, from the first video to the last delivery.

• Community lead

  Verifies community organisations, matches usable items to the groups that need them, and makes sure deliveries arrive as promised.

• Platform developer

  Builds and looks after the Zyro platform: the room videos, item lists, quotes and the reports anyone can verify.
